Initial Screening
Upon candidate application, a telephone or video call interview is arranged to conduct initial screening for suitability. If criteria are met, the application advances with an introduction via CV submission.
Interview & Trials
Once a CV has been submitted and a candidate is of interest to you, we start the next stage. This is where we will organise interviews and working trials, following your own internal process. If you have any special requests, just communicate them to your account manager.
Job Offer
We assist with contract preparation, arrange start dates, and conduct any additional checks needed to guarantee that each placement meets industry standards.
